Kim and Sam made buying our first home as fun and stress-free as buying a house during a pandemic could ever hope to be. Kim is extremely knowledgeable about every area of Toronto, giving us insights into neighbourhood histories, personalities, and values (both past and projected). One of them was always available for last minute viewings or to answer the many, many questions we had throughout the process. Kim and Sam took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house, and helped tailor the search to our style and budget. There was never any pressure to put in an offer simply because we’d seen a property. Kim encouraged us to follow our gut instincts. When it came to the perfect house, she helped us price our offer (one and done!) and guide us through the sale.
