Working in the Toronto West market since 1997, I have helped hundreds of people buy and sell their homes. Before becoming a licensed sales representative I worked in various real estate administrative roles which have given me a thorough understanding of how this business operates. My personal business philosophy is based on providing sensational customer service combined with honest real estate advice and my success over the years can be attributed to my dedication and full-service commitment to my clients. I pride myself on always being available to answer client questions, to provide advice and guidance, and to negotiate effectively on my clients’ behalf. I am very proud to say that 90% of my business comes from client referrals and repeat customers. Since joining Bosley in 2010, I have been the #1 agent in the Queen West office and in the top 1% of the entire company.
Sales Representative – MEET SAM
I’ve worked as a licensed sales representative with Kim since 2010. I’m actively involved in every area of the business, from assisting with the preparation of listings, to working closely with buyers. Acting alongside Kim has taught me a lot about the intricacies of the industry and about the importance of customer service. A large part of why I love this job is the chances it gives me to meet new people and help make their real estate experience as stress-free as possible. I’ve worked in Toronto from end-to-end to help our clients find the right home.

I work as a buyer specialist with Kim Kehoe. In this capacity I represent a wide array of clients, from first time home buyers to downsizers, helping them find, and negotiate for, their perfect home. My clients appreciate my insider knowledge on Toronto’s neighbourhoods, house listings and market value. I love working with Kim and Sam because we share the same values. As a team we prioritize customer service in our unique no-pressure approach to real estate sales.

DIANNE DELA CRUZ
Office Manager –
As Kim Kehoe’s office manager, it is my job to support Kim and her team in a variety of capacities. Most importantly, I monitor the back end of each transaction to ensure it seamlessly moves from start to closing for each client. As a part of my role, I also work directly with each client by staying on top of important dates and documents. Working with Kim, I have the unique opportunity of supporting each transaction not only administratively, but also through marketing and social media efforts and more importantly, through relationship management of all our clients.
I love working with Kim and her team because they are extremely focused and informed. Kim’s expertise in the real estate landscape, along with her approachable demeanor not only makes her a great team leader but also a dependable source of best practice.
