Sam Meredith

Sam Meredith works closely with Kim assisting her on the day-to-day running of the business, but to call him an assistant is a gross understatement. Kim and Sam work so well together that clients have come to expect them as a packaged deal. Sam is the details man, and, in real estate, the details matter a lot. Whether you’re buying or selling, real estate can be stressful and Sam is the calm in the storm. Before you list your home, he’ll be at your house to make sure all the appointments go smoothly. He’ll arrange for the cleaners, home inspector, photographers, fresh flowers, floor plans etc etc.  Does your pet lizard need to be fed while your house is on the market? Sam will be there. We can’t actually list everything he does for buyers or sellers, because we don’t have enough time and because it is always changing. He adapts for each client.
